Petit Trois Le Valley, the second outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's beloved bistro, opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. This larger location channels a lavish French Brasserie, with its marble bar, banquette lined dining room, and a Chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen. The second dining room can be reserved for larger parties and private events. Since opening, Petit Trois has garnered praise from casual foodies and revered food critics. In 2015, Petit Trois was nominated for Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation and in 2019 earned the Bib Gourmand designation upon the Michelin Guide’s return to Los Angeles. One of my favorite LA restaurants. The omelet is excellent as is the burger, and they make the best frites in town. C'est formidable!

We had another wonderful meal at Davenport's with friends last night. The barramundi, salmon, and tuscan seafood pasta were all delicious. The beet and burrata salad was impressive; the size almost made it a meal in itself. Portions of everything are generous and able to satisfy the heartiest of appetites. Banana cream pie comes inside a round graham crust shell with chocolate on the bottom. Signature cocktails are creative and top notch. Service was warm and gracious. Honestly, can't find anything to fault at all. Will definitely be back. Make sure to make a reservation, it was packed.

Absolutely loved the dinner experience at Monaco Encino. Tasty drinks with a wonderful presentation, delicious homemade pasta, and I'm still thinking about their Malabi Martini dessert. The manager and servers were so nice and welcoming too! Definitely a place to try for a date night or girls night!
