Hutong at The Shard’s cuisine takes its inspiration from the dishes served in the imperial palaces of what was then Peking. Meravigliosa location, vicino alle vetrate, da 3 in poi ci si siede lontano dai vetri e si perde parte dell attrativita del locale. La cucina presentato molto bene, ma non esaltante, servizio attento e molto discreto. A parte la vista su Londra un esperienza piuttosto anonima. Ottima la carta dei vini.

Posto molto caratteristico, cucina italiana e si sente! Complimenti a tutto lo staff, perché nonostante siamo a Londra sembra di tornare in Italia. Ci ritornemmo sicuramente!
