FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. We arrived and the place was overrun with people waiting for a table but we got a drink and were seated in the main dining just over a half hour. Service was excellent, portions are large, and the food was delicious. Steak for 3 could serve 4 or 5 people. Flavor of each dish was very tasty. I enjoyed lobster bisque and Cesar salad, and appetizer crab cakes, which had almost no filler. Leftovers are good too. Christmas Eve success.

Went for my Christmas Eve brunch, which was really for my birthday, and even though there was only one server she was very accommodating. Would go back.

Had an excellent time and enjoyed Giulio’s! We were party of 10 and many people loved the Dover Sole and Veal chop, will definitely be coming back soon!
