Johnny’s Downtown, opened in 1993, is similar to the original Johnny’s Bar on Fulton Road, featuring pasta, veal and fish. WOW! Amazing experience of dining. The entire night we felt like we were given such attention and guidance from the perfect appetizers to the Primi to the ensalada to the pasta and bone-in-ribeye! Wow! Dawn and the entire staff were welcoming and attentive —-we must have had six wait staff taking care of us. We felt we were in the kind of care European restaurants strive for…can’t wait to come back.

My fiancé and I went for our anniversary. Everything was incredible. We both are in the industry and have dined at most of the restaurants in Cleveland. We both agreed that this was the best meal we’ve had in years. Can’t wait to go back!

Our traditional family Christmas Eve dinner was great once again! We had the pleasure of Julie as our server tonight. She is always spot on with her steps of service. Dishes were all very good and the decor is comfortable and festive!
