As the name suggests, P.S. Steak was established to continue the story of the historic space that was once famed La Belle Vie. As Chef Mike DeCamp spent 10 years at the former French restaurant, this will be his homecoming and opportunity to write his own chapter for the space. P.S. Steak disrupts the perceptions of a typical steakhouse while honoring the legacy of one of the great culinary foundations in the Twin Cities. The restaurant features an elevated yet accessible seasonal menu, along with a variety of cuts of meat, dry aged in a display case.The lounge has been given a modern makeover with chic furniture and marble table tops.     Wonderful restaurant be prepared to spend some $$$$$. I had lamb chops others had filet mignon and single cut prime rib. All perfect. Scalloped potato’s were overcooked asparagus was good 1/2 portion of that and 1/2 of salad plentiful. We each had large shrimp cocktails for appetizer and split the death by chocolate cake. Craft cocktails were exceptional. Great for special occasion.

    Since we went on valentines day it was a set menu. The food itself was great and now I want to go back to try the regular menu. We stayed at the hotel (hewing) also so we went back for breakfast and that was amazing!

    Hell’s Kitchen was a great experience for me and my girlfriend. The server was amazing she was very attentive and even asked if we had any questions as well as offered recommendations. Food was amazing honestly we were both going to come for just burgers but ended up getting the bison birria tacos and the steak. Drinks were good. Ambiance was great with the outlook of everything. Music wasn’t our choice of music but nonetheless was a great experience all around.
