Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Wonderful dinner at Kyma again. I appreciated that they accommodated my request for a quieter table. Delicious kyma chips, arugula salad, fish special, sirloin, lamb chops... we were all very pleased!

Wow! Amazing dining experience!!! If you haven’t been to Season in Glen Head you are missing out! The food, service & ambience were all top notch! We learned that Chef Joe Marchisotta is a world renowned Chef who has worked at all the top restaurants in NYC. He was so kind to come out from the kitchen to check on our table that everything was to our liking and has a wonderful personality! We will be back very soon!
