We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. The result: categorically elevated cocktails. Our passion for fine spirits also compels us to find and share rare bottles, many of which are extremely difficult to procure. Everything was as close to perfect as I hoped for! Vanessa was attentive , food service was perfectly timed and cooked as per our request. Manager on staff was present and made several adjustments pass-byes but thankfully his attention was needed. Great job, Harvest! Oh and we were greeted warmly and timely seated! Great food and great waitstaff. Every dish our foursome had was prepared perfectly. Desserts were great too! The ambiance was exceptional. It’s a bit on the pricey side but worth it.
