One Barrel has prepared intriguing gourmet dinner menus that will delight foodies as well as those of you who just love good-tasting food. We're confident you wont get bored with our selections; we will be serving a rotating seasonal menu with daily specials. The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible. Due to Covid-19 we will do our best to have all we can in stock but our menu will be limited and on first come first serve. We are taking safety precautions very seriously and asks all our guests to do the same. We're now open for lunch during the week, happy hour and dinner.
