Chapter One is an award-winning Modern European restaurant with 3 AA Rosettes in Orpington, Kent. Not been for a while, and booked the brasserie. The staff from the moment I walked in, I could not fault - they were friendly and efficient. Starters, there was a good choice, well presented & tasty. Mains - ribeye, was well cooked. My wife had the sea bass, which was ok, but a little underwhelming. Desserts - sticky toffee pudding lived up to its name ! Again the lady waitress was excellent, friendly, chatty, and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.
