Here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. O-Ku is a must visit. They heard we were coming for a birthday, and made the experience unforgettable. The service, food, and ambiance were all top notch. If you’re looking for your next birthday or anniversary celebration, definitely add O-Ku to your list!

Excellent food and service as always. Worth the trip from the west side of Nashville where I live. I had the char which was absolutely delicious. Four of us shared a salad because of the generous serving size and the always yummy fresh rolls. This is my go-to place for inventive seafood. And now that the development at Neuhoff is underway, the appeal of visiting the neighborhood is ratcheting up.

My lady group had a wonderful brunch at Henrietta Red. Across our group we had the oysters, burger, Turkish Eggs and pancakes off the menu. Everything was delicious. The fries were amazing. I will be returning soon.

Staff was warm and friendly. The food was innovative and approachable at the same time. The space is unique and the open kitchen is fun to watch. I may have dimmed the lights slightly and put on a little music, but otherwise, the room was lovely. Would definitely return. Probably many times. Don't skip the house-aged ham or the Solomon cocktail.
