Wow, a great experience in fine dining matched to great seafood and impeccable service. Wine, Oysters, Calamari, Pork belly with a final Rock Lobster main… well done to all involved. A intimate evening where the Standards were kept very high all the way through to the powder rooms. Would recommend to anyone Brighton waterfront. MR

Waves on the Beach, The Garlic bread, is the best around, follow it up with the spicy calamari, and a main of your choice, and you will leave with taste buds been thrilled and stomach full. As a well know Melbourne icon says ' do yourself a favour' and dine here.

Great to always visit the "sidebar" where Adults can have a nice drink . Sad that Aiden is heading back to the UK for family reasons big shoes to fill. I love how we can extra drink and catch the bus home ! So drink the Taxi Fare great outcome. We just asked Aidan to bring us wine by the glass within parameters. Six different wines by the glass none of which we were aware but really enjoyed all of them.
