Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accomodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. The farmstead offers 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required and limited. $145/per person++ Reservations are released weekly on Mondays at noon for the following 3 weeks. We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. The food at Apertivo is outstanding. I have never had a bad dish. I love the intimacy of the restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the staff is outstanding. I eat here often and recommend it often. I like that they have something for everyone, meat eaters, vegetarians and even vegans.
