Join Chef Massimo for an artful blend of Italian and Mediterranean cuisines paired with an award winning wine list and full bar. Appetizers range from Hudson Valley Grade-A Foie Gras, Pistachio coated Pan Seared Duck and Brie to Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and rice flour battered calamari. A rich, creamy lobster bisque is a favorite among customers. Other specialties include Veal Cognac in a creamy truffle sauce, veal chop, sweetbreads, risotto and Chilean Sea Bass. At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. As usual, we had a great dinner with friends celebrating their 56th Anniversary. Again, we love the Hogfish, Tripletail, Steak tartare and the great drinks and desserts! Tania was a most efficient and attentive server to us, pleasant and friendly. Thank you all again for a great evening!!

Hubby had the wagyu brisket and hash. I had the confit duck croque madame. Both were excellent. We went for brunch and the place was pretty empty. Service was fantastic and our server, Kendall, was very helpful and as sweet as could be. We will definitely be going back to taste some of HEW Parlor & Chophouse's other fantastic offerings.

A top chef serving only the finest food. Going there for 17 years and hard to believe it gets better and better each time. Massimo never disappoints with his Italian and continental master pieces. His servers have been there from day one and that says loads about this romantic gem.

We had a really great time. Food and service were both very good. The restaurant called ahead to confirm reservation and discuss seating bc there was a band playing on the patio. It was thoughtful to ask if we’d prefer to still dine outside and gauge how close we wanted to be to the band. Would recommend and would return!
