Four by Brother Luck- A new American Restaurant focusing on Four Course tasting menus. Bravo TV Celebrity Chef Brother Luck is influenced by the IV key sources who supply our ingredients; the hunter, the gatherer, the fisherman, and the farmer. These people are truly the beginning of every dish we imagine as the seasons change. The seasonal menus have been set up in four courses with multiple selections within each course, allowing you to "choose your own four course adventure" with the option of wine pairings selected by our expert sommelier. Red Gravy offers upscale casual modern Italian fare.Chef/Owner Eric Brenner spent his first decade in the industry inside Italian kitchens. Talking up St. Louis' wide-ranging Italian eatery scene, which gets as specific as regional specialties, he says he's wanted to have a place like this since he was 18."We're going to start very simple and accessible," he says, "we'll play to the crowd and start a dialogue, then grow the menu with community input.""Simple," includes dishes like his tomato bisque, with which only has five ingredients. "It's all about the perfect balance. And that gets back to the essence of good Italian food: quality ingredients, very few, in perfect balance." Other examples include his St. Louis-style, thin-crust pizza, best compared to a flat-bread.
