First of all I thought the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming! We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it feel special. The rigatoni really stood out and will be a must order for us in the future - it had the perfect level of spice and warmth in flavor. The chips and dip were a fun appetizer to start with and were priced perfectly. We’ll definitely be back!

Hidden gem with flavorful seasonal menu. Small plates and large plate options. We split two small plates (cauliflower and crostini), a salad and one large plate (slow cooked ribs). Plenty of food and each dish fill off interesting flavors.

It's a must in Crystal Lake!...Quiet, friendly, excellent menu and presentation.. love the Martini glasses!😉

Food and wine were excellent. Service was exceptional. I had short rib risotto which was great. Brought friends from out of town for their first visit and they loved it. We will all be back.

Crystal Lake Junction is now my favorite casual food restaurant. The menu is broad in scope and the SmashBurger was awesome. We stated with soup as a side. The beer was cold. The greeting and service were the highlights. When new to a restaurant, you anticipate what you read in the reviews but the staff make the atmosphere complete.
