We exclusively offer a prix fixe tasting menu experience, with 7-Course and a 10-Course options. Both experiences are meant to honor the complex history that created each dish, as well as leave a lasting impact on all those who taste this beautiful food and listen to our stories. República is a tasting menu-only restaurant. We offer a 7-course menu at $128 or a 10-course menu at $150 per person. Walk in's are welcome! Group larger than 8 people can contact us directly for unlimited custom packages. Food and Beverage Minimum spend $45 for a la carte for larger groups. We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 12pm to 9:30pm. We are a small family owned Italian restaurant, which takes pride in serving delectable meals to our guests. Our outdoor patio is covered. Excellent food. Staff were welcoming and warm. Waitress was very helpful in marking the menu to show what foods were gluten free. Cider was super tasty. Lamb chops were delectable, highly recommend. 10/10 would visit again.

Wonderful location for a special celebration. Food was creative with a wonderful story line that enhanced the experience. Beverage service was exemplary - recommend the pairing for sure. Loved being able to watch the preparation and the care the team took in presentation.
