Here, Jean‑Georges cultivates a truly seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine, with ingredients sourced from the Hudson Valley and New England, whenever possible. Constructed in 1833 as a residence and serving later as an inn, the building has been painstakingly renovated to preserve as many of the original materials as possible, including four working fireplaces. Thomas Juul-Hansen designed the restaurant’s interior with a modern yet rustic sensibility; zinc and marble accent stone and reclaimed wood. The restaurant’s lighting, artfully conceived by Hervé Descottes, employs paper shades and Edison fixtures to create warmth throughout.

The restaurant is named after America’s most famous founding father, Benjamin Franklin. While he was pinnacle in America’s birth, he also became the first ambassador to France. While on trips to Paris, he would wine and dine with the best of them and when he returned, he would bring back the French culture, food and wine, and share it with our new nation. Dishes like Potato Lyonnaise and Crème Brulée were the first of his favorites he shared with America. The Benjamin reflects that bridged gap between the two countries’ cultures. The restaurant and bar is french-inspired, but uniquely American. It sits in Ridgefield's historic district in a 1875 house, but the interiors are modern, elegant and new. Roberto Paciullo’s hometown of Salerno is transported to the streets of Manhattan. Zero Otto Nove is the second outpost of his famous restaurants from Arthur Ave. in the Bronx. From the atmosphere to the food, stopping by Zero Otto Nove is taking a quick trip to Italy. The wood-burning brick oven is at the center turning out classics like the Margherita, and Roberto's originals, such as La Riccardo with butternut squash puree, smoked mozzarella, spicy pancetta, and basil. All the pastas are homemade, and all ingredients are brought in from New York's Real Little Italy, Arthur Avenue.

They’re back. New players or old, whoever is behind the reincarnation of this classic establishment has nailed it. Amazing staff throughout plus a great menu backed up by a kitchen that turns out delicious, beautifully presented dishes. All in a venue with a magical, transformative ambiance.

We had a wonderful dinner last night at La Vista. The restaurant was decorated for the holidays beautifully, with a roaring fire making it feel cozy and warm. The service was excellent. My water glass was never more than half empty! And the food was divine. I had the fillet of sole, pistachio crusted with lobster sauce. It was excellent. And my partner had the tableside Cacio & Pepe. It's great to have such a gem of a restaurant in our local area. I highly recommend. This was not the first time we were there and we look forward to many more perfect dinners!

I had a wonderful Christmas lunch with friends. This is a 15 year tradition for us and this year was spectacular! The boeuf bourguignon was tender and full of flavor. And the setting never disappoints!
