Classic comfort cooking takes center stage thanks to a fire engine red rotisserie that roasts all manner of proteins. It’s chicken that’s the star here: served in quarter, half or whole portions, accompanied by classic sides basted in jus. A decidedly adventurous wine and cocktail list rounds out the menu. Best brunch in town. You won't be able to find dishes like the ones they have. It's the perfect fusion of western brunch and Afghan cuisine. If you want an elevated brunch experience, truly no place beats Zarak. You're always welcomed with warmth and given the best service, on top of all the excellent food AND drinks. Seriously, their drinks are incredible. Can't recommend them enough.
