Modern Australian Restaurant and Cafe sourcing produce from small, local farms to highlight some exciting Queensland produce, menu driven by ex-Tasmanian chef, Darryl Zeitzen who previously was only able to be booked privately for bespoke events around Queensland. With a quiet and peaceful Alfresco area, Good Grace is a a true escape and nice place to relax. Organically sourced coffee and with quality produce and sustainability at the forefront of the restaurant offering. Good Grace also has a large courtyard/beer garden and function space for up to 100 guests at the rear of the restaurant. With a more casual vibe, the space can be hired our for groups of 30-100 people, as well as having diners visit Wednesday to Sunday evenings, with different events happening throughout the year. Air conditioned and heated in the winter - fully undercover.

August is a restaurant that sits in the old heritage church on Dornoch Terrace, West End. Our dining room is surrounded by objects, art, and the original pitched church ceiling and stained glass windows. Our menu is influenced by regional food from France, Italy and SpainAugust is open for dinner from 5pm on Wednesday - Saturday, and from 12pm for Sunday Lunch. Beautiful venue there inside the repurposed church. Great ambience. The staff were fantastic and super attentive. But above all the food was absolutely amazing. They do a really good dirty martini too. But the food: OMG! Oysters chorizo. What a combination! The artichoke with parmesan custard: complete flavour bomb. The chicken crown with fois gras was huge and unbelievingly tast. There are leftovers in the fridge an in looking forward to that. Saving some for leftovers was a good idea so as to fit the blue cheese cheese cake with PX jelly. Thanks so much! Brilliant evening.

It’s rare to find a restaurant where the owners have a real passion for food. We went to good grace for my birthday ( 4 of us ) and we all enjoyed our meals. Delicious food and will definitely be going back.

Had a great meal the other night. My wife has issues with gluten and most artificial colours flavours and enhancers. It was a great relief to find a restaurant that takes this seriously. Will be back.
