The Canal Bistro is the realization of a dream for Mona and George Hanna. George's homeland is Egypt; Mona spent her first 23 years in Lebanon. They know Mediterranean cooking. George has been in the restaurant business for 22 years. And over the years, Mona watched her mother and grandmother cook for their big family from their own herb and vegetable gardens, learning the value of freshness in cooking.George says. OMG, another amazing evening at Doc. B's!! Celebrated my birthday with my sister and enjoyed the ribs, while she had a healthy Wok Bowl that she totally enjoyed. Martinis were on special, so we indulged. Our server, Asia, was one of the best. So personable and polite. I will request her next time I go. I'm a frequent flyer, and having owned my own restaurant, I watch out for the details. Asia was flawless! The Manager came over and spent quality time with us and made sure everything was excellent. I'm a very satisfied customer!!! Rhonda

Bartender did a great job serving our large party on a Thursday night. Well made cocktails and great brews served with excellent food. Big fan of this location in Castleton.

We had a great lunch experience from beginning to end. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and responsive. Sky was a top notch server. Food was DELICIOUS! It's a great atmosphere though a little too chilly. I will look forward to coming again.
