His career spans many years at Alain Ducasse's restaurants in NYC and France and before that in a number of other restaurants throughout France.The Chef de Cuisine is Christine Migton. Christine graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Her dishes revisit traditional French cuisine but use different flavors and tastes. My wife and I always go to Bonito’s because everything is just perfect. The food is at the service is outstanding staff is personable. The prices are reasonable for the food they serve.

Everything was excellent as usual! I have been here on multiple occasions and the service, food, and vibe are always amazing! Also a live DJ was there playing mellow Afro beats and r&b music!

Pedro was an excellent server! Food was incredible as always especially the calamari, meatballs, stuffed mushrooms and crab cakes and salmon!! Ice cream sandwich and cannoli bread pudding topped off an amazing birthday meal!! Oh and the bread is delicious too as well as the cocktails! This restaurant is over an hour away for us but we continue to return! Top notch!
