And you need and want a Great place, ambience, service, food, experience, and location?!?! 1st call, ☎️ and stop on Open Table is Wild Ginger in Bellevue, and Paul and his staff! Was truly a Perfect night of fellowship, hanging out, conversation, food and feeling! This is the best restaurant, if you are in Bellevue, as a guest visiting the city/ State. A local, who may be enjoying or visiting. Or, if you are just in town for a specific reason. This is the Best restaurant in Bellevue! 👍🏽🤩

Top quality inputs yielding a delicious set of courses. Inventive and tasty non-alcoholic option (if you don't do the wine pairing). It's a joy not to have worry about what might be in it before taking a bite. The single seating meant you were eating at the pace of all the other tables, which is imperfect, but the service was very well executed. A memorable and scrumptious (if pricey) meal.

Delicious and creative American Italian - global fusion with excellent service. We had a home made pappardella with a Berber spiced lamb ragu that was fantastic.

Due to collisions on freeway we arrived a half hour past our reservation time. However the restaurant was very accommodating and seated us promptly. We were concerned we would miss getting to our concert on time, but our server rushed our orders and we had our meals in time to gat to the concert in time. A wonderful dinner and excellent service made our experience at Wild Ginger a great experience! We WILL return!
