Fatto a Mano Pizza & Beer serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Six beers on tap and more in the fridge, including our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. We work with small producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, Campania and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. The brasserie, originally designed by the acclaimed Martin Brudnizki, showcases elegant 1920s Art Deco interiors that include rich wood panelling, brass fixtures and a vintage station clock. The menu is inspired by the warmth and elegance of the grand railway station restaurants of Paris, such as Le Train Bleu at Gare de Lyon and Café de la Paix at Gare Saint-Lazare. One of the best pizzas in London. Only one suggestion to share: Please don’t put too much fresh chilly pepper on top. I think it’s not needed as the flavour are already exceptional

Fantastic food and service. Second visit with university friends for a catch up. There is no time slots so we weren’t kicked out after two hours which so many restaurants do and we’re not hassled to leave. The food was superb, highly recommend the baked Alaska, chicken schnitzel and eggs Benedict. The serving team were polite and friendly. The food was also great value for money. 5 star highly recommended
