I recently had the pleasure of brunching at True Food Kitchen, and it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of healthy and flavorful options. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and the natural juice was refreshing and invigorating. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect. Overall, True Food Kitchen is a fantastic spot for brunch, offering a great combination of tasty food, excellent beverages, and outstanding service. Easy parking at the Ballson mall. Highly recommended!

Everything was delicious! We enjoyed the buffet. The food was fresh and tasty with enough options to be fulfilled yet not overwhelmed. The service was A1. Parking was ample. Prices were reasonable. I’m looking forward to returning.
