We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe. We believe that our hospitality is just as important as the food and beverages we put on the table. We do not encourage our restaurant for young children. They have changed the menu and got rid of a lot of things including cocktails and appetizers I use to order from here. The menu is now very limited. The serve was not good. Our waiter did not offer us water when we sat down. He did not come and check on us. We had to keep flagging him down.

This might be the best restaurant I ever ate at ever. Was so unique, taste so amazing. It's definitely on the side of fine dining. Service was great! It did cost a bit but the totally worth the experience. I also proposed to my now fiance here at night was totally a romantic feel. Seriously 10 out of 10 in my opinion.
