Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. This place was a 10/10! If you have a special occasion to celebrate, do not hesitate! Our server, Sammie, was delightful and the venue is gorgeous - Old school classy but not stuffy. We are foodies from New Orleans where food is a Way of life and this place was on par with some of the best in NOLA. We had the steak tartar, the Brussel sprouts, the swordfish, the Cobia, and the short ribs. Highly recommend all. We also enjoyed several inventive cocktails. All around great experience!

Glad you changed the dress code, more adult. Service was a bit slow receiving the check, but server had too many tables to cover. Otherwise service was good. Had a 7:30 reservation , was not seated until 7:50.

My experience at the Waterfront Hotel was decent. Service was good and attentive. Drinks were good. Food was decent, although I only had a salad and wings. There was a live band. Definitely dive bar vibes. I would go back if in the area.
