Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. I wish I remembered her name cause she was lovelyyyy!!! Service was great! Super comfortable seated table by the window w water views- bonus. Food was beautiful plated and delicious! Compliments to the Chef! I think the manager was hosting (great dress choice)- also lovely. PS. The entrance is inside the hotel don’t want around outside trying to figure out the entrance :)

Ambience is nice, bustling, the drink menu is extensive, the food is good but high priced, service is fine but not super attentive. A good place to visit occasionally.

My experience at the Waterfront Hotel was decent. Service was good and attentive. Drinks were good. Food was decent, although I only had a salad and wings. There was a live band. Definitely dive bar vibes. I would go back if in the area.
