The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. Last night was perfect. We walked in and were seated immediately for our reservation. The wait staff was courteous and polite. The food was delicious.

We we are visiting from Kentucky so of course was wanting seafood, but some us were not getting in later in the evening, 8:30 on a Wednesday so not a lot of sit down restaurants were open for a late dinner. We found Docks and it was great! By the water and a lot of food choices! Storm was our bartender and server and did amazing! Unfortunately I didn’t take any food pictures, but we enjoyed everything and drinks!

Amazing staff! Beautiful setting. Cozy and fun for cool fall evening….but I can see all seasons being so perfect here. They had live music that was wonderful. Food and drinks delicious! All the stars. Will definitely be back!

My experience at the Waterfront Hotel was decent. Service was good and attentive. Drinks were good. Food was decent, although I only had a salad and wings. There was a live band. Definitely dive bar vibes. I would go back if in the area.
