Set in the impressive former 1930s Hitchin ballroom, on the first floor, Hermitage Rd restaurant & Bar boasts a seasonal, award winning and sustainable premium food offer, from the awarding winning ACI team and a bar renowned for it's bespoke cocktails, quality wine and beer range. A gem of a village pub serving pizzas, artisan burgers, pub classics with great pints and playgrounds. Set in the North Herts village of Weston. Acres of beer garden, kids play areas, families, muddy boots and dogs very welcome in our bar area. Our beautiful Pavilion restaurant is open for all day for reservations Mondays through to Sunday. Our normal pub garden benches will be available as usual on a walk-in basis for food from our outside kitchen! The Gravel Pit Brasserie & Bar is situated in The Waterfront Hotel with mouthwatering views over the east lake to accompany our fantastic menu. This site was once a large marsh, fed by the River Great Ouse, but in the 1950s gravel extraction created a series of small lakes and pools which survives today. The gravel was mainly used in road and industrial construction, but today the old gravel pits are home to an abundance of wildlife, flora and fauna; a magical place for all of us to enjoy.Our restaurant is open 7 days a week, from 7am - 11pm, with last food orders at 9pm.
