We're most famous for our themed afternoon teas which change regularly and are served from noon until last service at 3.30pm daily. As the Home of Afternoon Tea, we also serve some spectacular savoury versions of tea, including Beforenoon Tea, seafood option Afternoon Sea and our cheese-based option Afternoon Cheese. Blacklock a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Nestled cosily in the corner of Canary Wharf, underneath the train tracks of the North Dock. Feel the comforting rumble of trains passing overhead conjuring memories of some of our favourite haunts underneath the bridges in NYC. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Sunday Roast (almost as good as Mum's). Bookings and Walk-Ins available.

    Food and service very good. Only one issue, the ladies toilets were not up to standard, there was dust on the skirting boards and marks on the doors and walls in the cubicles. In one cubicle there was a loo brush covered in residue of toilet paper. It was also very cold in the ladies toilets. They definitely need a deep clean.

    A lovely afternoon tea spent with my sister to celebrate our birthdays. Staff went above and beyond and even bought out a small cake with a lit candle, this was a lovely touch and was very sweet of them. The food was all so delicious as well as the tea. Pleased we decided on coming here and will definitely return on other occasions. Thankyou to all the staff who looked after us!

    Celebrated my sons 21st and it was a fantastic evening from start to finish -service very good -food very good and atmosphere great with the DJ and singer - a night to remember !!
