Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. For larger bookings of 7 people or more, please email ambassador.reservations@tafensw.edu.au

    Dining here was amazing!! So once to have local jazz and delicious food offered locally. It is usually something I travel into the city CBD for but look no further! The staff were so proactive in helping and serving, not the mention the food was delicious. I really hope they keep the Sunday night jazz and cocktail deal as it was definitely a seller for making me a repeat customer.

    Great food and service as always. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me when I had an issue with our table placement. I will always recommend this restaurant.

    The food quality, the environment, and the service are very good. The price is reasonable for the quality of food. The down side is the one hour time limit on ordering food and 1.5 hours staying limit. It is quite rush for gathering with friend. Overall is good.

    Amazing service ❤️ love the place ❤️ they called me when I left my purse which is very appreciated ❤️ very good food ❤️ my bf didn’t like his chicken schnitzel bc it was dry but he’s an idiot for ordering chicken schnitzel and chips at an Italian place ❤️
