Born & raised in southern Thailand, Piya inherited the Thai focus on food - to Thais even being a little hungry is considered an emergency! Piya travelled extensively in Thailand learning regional specialities as she went, before taking her skills to England, where she extended her repertoire to include the best of European cooking. Our food is amazing because we make our sauces from scratch, everything from the vinegar for the sushi rice to the Pad Thai sauce and curries. We are three Thai sisters, and we love what we do!
