In 1688, Joseph Haviland built a tidewater gristmill that provided the locally-grown grains to a nearby bakery that supplied farmers and tradesmen with bread. It was the first public oven in New York State. Haviland’s Old Grist Mill and the public bakery were community gathering places for two centuries. Inspired by Joseph Haviland’s noble efforts, the Haviland Kitchen & Bar has been established for our neighbors. Absolutely wonderful time at ITA Kitchen! The food was fantastic. We started off with the mozzarella appetizer that was made at our table followed by a Spicy Rigatoni dish for me and the veal chop (the night’s special) for my boyfriend. Both meals were absolutely incredible and we both ended up sharing from each other’s plates. I had an espresso martini flight for dessert that was delicious. The wait staff was excellent and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Great food. Great service. Great dining experience. Enjoyed everything we ordered. !Calamari. Lobster ravioli Burrata appetizer plate. Chicken Veal & fish entrees. Delicious. Even Had one of the best Cappuccinos I’ve had in long time. Of course we’ll be going back Thank you to all M Martin
