So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. This place is great for birthdays, especially for the youngsters. They have good sandwiches, burgers, and the like. Then a selection of desserts and fuming cocktails is very scenic, the same for the ambience. Defintely good for a group, but also a for a decent quick meal.

Food was great. Stufffed Pork Chop Special was awesome. Our server disappeared a few times which was a little annoying. Others tried to fill in. I think they had a private party and he was just swamped. But overall great experience. We will return. thanks.

First time there and very happy with out dishes. The duck was excellent as well as the short rib. Plan to visit again, perhaps to try their brunch menu.
