From the burgundy leather banquet that runs the length of the room, to the marble comptoir (bar), Montrachet oozes elegance and charm. Traditional overtones and design are accompanied by Laguiole cutlery, monogrammed crockery and glassware and a well stocked bar.     From the moment you arrive, the experience is first class. The staff are welcoming and polite, making you feel like 'an old friend' (without being intrusive). The decor is understated and elegant - a perfect combination for a 'special occasion'. The food is NEXT LEVEL. Our experience at Montrachet was without doubt the BEST dining experience we have encountered in Australia. Montrachet could compare favourably to the best in Paris. We are incredibly fortunate to have this dining experience in Brisbane. There are many French restaurants in this town that are French in name only. Montrachet however, is French in every sense of the word - elegant, traditional, classy - an experience to savour.

    Highly recommended!! 2nd time visited restaurant. Halloumi dumplings - incredible. Everything we ordered was presented so well and tasted delicious. I am a picky eater, but I can't fault it. Also, great service and ambience. Next time I'm in Brisbane, I will definitely book a table again. Thank you.
