Now Open!!We start with free range, all-natural chicken. It’s brined, dredged, then dropped into custom-built fryers. It's got a little kick and is served with our house-made hot honey. But we don't stop there - Southern-style sides grace our menu, craft beer flows through our taps, and Blues music pumps through our speakers. Selden Standard’s fare features flavors born in local farms, captured at the peak of the season, prepared in their wood-fired oven, and served small plates-style in shareable portions.     I took a close friend there for her birthday and it was both of our first time being there. We both enjoyed our food a whole lot and we had mimosa flights with the flavors of lavender, mango, and blueberry and they were REALLY good. Highly recommended place and we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks for the great experience and delicious food!

    Excellent southern comfort food. Had the chicken, Mac-N-cheese and cornbread. Chicken was very moist. The hot honey was really good as well. Will visit again.

    Staff was very personable and attentive. Service level was professional and not over bearing. Food was served at optimum temperature, Staff very receptive to special/individual request Truly a memorable experience.

    Absolutely amazing service! Our server, Tyra J. was incredibly attentive, super friendly, and made our dining experience unforgettable. She had great suggestions that perfectly matched what we were looking for and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. Highly recommend this place, especially with such outstanding service!
