Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Excellent quality food. Have traveled to Asia extensively for 35+ years for business I appreciate good Chinese food. The whole steamed fish was delicious. Of course the more dishes you can order, the better your experience. I tend to over order. Leftovers are a plus. Thanks for a wonderful Holiday dinner.

Last night was our first time at your restaurant. We have friends that love it there so we decided to enjoy Christmas Eve dinner there. Nothing disappointed! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable and the ambiance was perfect Thank you for a wonderful experience We will be back to visit again!!
