Head chef Tommaso Bartoli whips up a creative menu that heavily draws on his Tuscan roots. Starting his career in the kitchens of Florence, he brings to Australia all the knowledge and passion for food that define with his personal style. All our pasta is handmade in-house in the traditional ‘fatta a mano’ style. Food and service was amazing. We were in and out probably abit to quick, next time id ask to have more of a break between entrees and main but everything was lovely. Look forward to coming back.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an ambiance that transported us into an emporium of fantasy!!!! Whereby, we didn’t want the night to end !! We wanted to stay in wonderland of culinary expertise !!! Every bite is a symphony of flavours and every dish was a work of art, that kept on giving… Each dish is a masterpiece, showcasing the chef's creativity and passion for food and love of his culinary expertise. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an unforgettable journey through the seasons.. Wow wow Wow !!! I don’t think any other restaurant would match what you have created !!! It is the best restaurant in Australia.

This has to be one of the best kept secretes of Melbourne. After 6.5 years in Melbourne, 3 days before we return to London, it was one of our last stops. We will miss you Luca.
