Known for their generous portions of pasta entrees, grilled fare, and fresh fish, Butera's has established a fine reputation as a neighborhood place where guests often see people they know. It is owned and operated by Martin Butera, his wife Laurie, Martin's brother Gary Butera, and partner and chef Nick Zografos. The large open room is tastefully decorated with a traditional and contemporary mix, with rich dark woodwork and stone treatments, granite table tops, a wood and granite bar, fieldstone and hardwood floors, stone fireplace, exposed wine racks and a Tiffany style fixture at the entrance. Fresh flowers complete the handsome decor.     We went to Edoardo's Trattoria this evening for the first time to celebrate an occasion and it didn't disappoint. The food, service and ambiance were terrific. I highly recommend.

    So many restaurants to choose from on Main St, in Northport, but Bistro 44 is our choice every time!! The food is always delicious, the service is incredible, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Jeff our waiter is fantastic and whatever the fish special is that the chef prepares is perfection as is the risotto ! We will continue to choose Bistro 44. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Absolutely delicious. This was our 2nd. time here and everyone had delicious meals.The service was excellent even though the restaurant was very full. We all had a variety of fish Appetizers: beets arugula salad, chicken meatballs were all delicious; Main dishes: Bronzino, tuna, fish pasta, scallops...Pricey but the food is worth it!
