Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. San Marzano tomato for all red pizza bases. Our Fior Di Latte (fresh cows milk mozzarella), Buffalo mozzarella, Ricotta and Burrata cheeses are sourced from premium local manufacturers. Our first time there and it blew us away! The cocktails are super creative and delicious, the food is outstanding, and the tiramisu OMG! Mackenzie was super lovely and attentive. Braci did not disappoint!

We had a great experience here. The service was amazing and the staff member looking after us was attentive. We enjoyed the food too. Highly recommend for anyone to do the Bottomless Lunch.

The staff at Karoo are excellent. Once again we had a delicious meal. Their Salt & Pepper Squid with Garlic Aioli as an entree was perfect and the Cuban Pizza was delicious. Pancetta, Prawns and Pineapple. Interesting combination, but always delicious.
