Perfectly cooked steaks and extremely flavorful seafood. Every visit feels special, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in delivering a top-notch experience. Wow. The atmosphere is incredible and it truly feels like nothing else on Long Island. The servers are very knowledgeable and helped us pick an amazing wine (get the Cain, you won’t be disappointed). The meal was a whole other experience with some of the best plates we’ve had. Highly recommend ordering a bunch of stuff to share- we loved the raviolo, pork sticky ribs, the carrots and the radicchio salad. Thank you to the whole team for making our evening so special!!

Enjoyed an amazing meal at Foster last night! We started with a special, a delicious salad of roasted beets with candied hazelnuts, feta and pomegranate seeds (should be a permanent addition to the menu!), sautéed squid, shishito peppers and bread. We followed with the steak with chimichurri, the braised short ribs and pizza. Food, service and ambience were fantastic! Highly recommend!
