His energy was contagious, and he made the whole process feel effortless. He had us kneading, rolling, and shaping dough like pros in no time. Anthony’s patience and passion for pasta truly set the tone for the evening. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or can barely boil water, he made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. He had this way of blending humor with technique, so while we were creating these perfect little pasta shapes, we were also cracking up at his stories and tips. When we finally got to taste the creations? Pure heaven. Fresh, flavorful, and made even better knowing we crafted it ourselves. Right from the start our waiter Richard, our waiter was friendly, knowledgable, and fun! Appetizer melted mozzarella with Calabrian peppers was outstanding. We licked the bowl clean. Our party loved the 4 different mains. Portion size more than enough. Sadly, no room for dessert. We most certainly will be back.

Pork chop was one of the very best I have ever had! Everyone enjoyed their meal, only thing not great was the bread, I always feel finer restaurants should serve either great, warm artisan bread or none at all. Service was great and atmosphere lovely
