We have one major focus: the popular German street food - schnitzel. We also have wursts made by local German meat market legend, Binkert's (Rosedale, MD). Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. Our cocktail program features both popular and obscure German spirits. The wine program consists of small-production family-owned wineries in Germany and Austria. It was my 73rd Birthday. Table for 4. We thoroughly enjoyed out dinner, drinks, and ambiance. It was also our first time there for dinner. Would highly recommend. Food was delicious. Our waiter was awesome, attentive, and friendly, Will be back. Understand they serve an excellent brunch.

Our annual Thanksgiving dinner at the Furnace Inn was another exquisitely prepared feast. Delicious food, wine and atmosphere. Thank you to Chef Dan and his entire staff for a lovely day. A special thank you to Audrey. Your attentiveness was very much appreciated.

Absolutely amazing I proposed to my gf and the staff was so helpful they made all of our dreams come true! The food was off the charts!! Ms Kayla was our server and she was amazing 10/10 recommend

Timbuktu has the best crab cakes in town by far. What really makes them stand out is their wait staff. Especially waiter Diaz! He was so wonderful with my elderly parents (which everything happens sloooow). Diaz was kind of compassionate and thoughtful!

What a find! Nice little quaint restaurant located in Elkridge. The service was great and friendly. The beer selection was on point for a German restaurant, and the food was delicious. My family had a really good time.
