We have dined at this location of Capital Grille a number of times - friendly, great food and hospitality, close to O’Hare (great for pre or post flight dinners), and more. Our server whose name (I think) was Al was terrific!

This place is ran like a well oiled machine, from the servers to the staff. The service was impeccable and this place is doing something right. Food being amazing and flavorful was the cherry on top!

Bring your appetite and save room for a lovely cocktail and dessert. If you can’t find parking on the street, the restaurant will validate your parking ticket and parking is still free. There is a 20% service charge added to your tab. Don’t let that discourage you from having a nice time at the Sugar Factory. Jordan, Francisco and Adrian provided excellent service.

What a fantastic experience. My husband has always wanted pasta served from a wheel of cheese and this did NOT disappoint. Fabulous food, attentive staff, and great atmosphere for Christmas Eve with family. Would absolutely recommend to a friend ❤️
