The style of food is similar to what we’re known for on the airstream …the difference? we have so much more room! Items range from our fennel-crusted fried chicken and waffle to our burger with bacon jam, arugula, and bleu cheese, to our legendary kale Caesar salad. Marcus was our server … absolutely phenomenal. We traveled from Boston to Seattle and have been looking forward to dining @ Palisade for several weeks. As always, the Palisade team deserves an Olympic Gold medal for providing an extraordinary experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It has been awhile since we dined at Daniel's and the food did not seem to be as outstanding as before. But it was excellent, just not in the outstanding category I recalled. Of course, more pricey.

Excellent food, great drinks. They have seasonal menus. I had the pumpkin puree gnocchi it was excellent. I had a manhattan (perfection) and a whiskey drink Nick recommended, which was also great. Strongly recommended!
