This is a one-of-a-kind Skybar experience allowing guests a close view of our 149 year old firehouse, bell tower and original stained glass windows. A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. Crudo uses the Japanese technique of curing the fish making it more tender and flavorful. Finishing it with lime, lemon, and soy; featuring Wild King Salmon, Japanese Madai, Hamachi and more.     Great K-BBQ experience - the grills were nicely maintained, the shrimp was fantastic, the squid was great, the sushi selection for the regular level was fantastic and delicious. Only part that needs a little improvement is ordering - love the idea of the app, but not a fan of some of the unclarity. For example - you order one portion for the table, not per person. We did this and it worked, but I saw people making this mistake because of the unclarity in the app.

    Gaucho’s Prime in King of Prussia offers an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience with top-quality meats, a fantastic salad bar, drinks, and excellent service. The picanha, filet mignon, and lamb chops are perfectly cooked, and the variety of sides, including feijoada, pão de queijo, and banana frita, adds to the experience. The staff is attentive, and the ambiance is upscale yet welcoming. Great value for a rodízio—we highly recommend it!
