Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. Brunch was excellent - catfish with grits and bread pudding French toast were the perfect sweet and savory combo to share. Coffee was also very good. Beautiful bar and interior will be bringing me back for dinner.

This is our place. My best friend of 26 years and I love to meet here for a wonderful meal, a great bottle of wine, and to be able to sit and catch up. We feel well cared for, but not rushed!

My wife, my grown-up daughter, and I enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner at Palisade. It was all great: fast service leading us to our table (reserved ahead of time), excellent food, great view of the marina and downtown Seattle, and the food was served at a slow speed so we could enjoy a 2 hour dinner with good conversation. The price was higher than what we usually experience when we go to a restaurant for dinner. However, the price was as expected on a Christmas Eve at a first class restaurant.

It was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and polite. As always. My girl wanted a drink that wasn’t on the menu. The bartender was so nice and made something especially for her. Which she loved. Me and my girl will be back for sure 🤤 food was outstanding I can’t even find the words to describe. Thank you. we’ll see you soon
