The Winter tea experience at the Old Mill was lovely. It appears they have two seatings which creates a bit of chaos in the lobby area as they are seating a large number of people simultaneously which detracts a bit from the arrival. The hostess provided a clear overview along with a bit of history which was a lovely touch. Lots of options on tea options and nice to have a choice of two teas. The food was good - definitely enough to fill you up. Everything was delicious.

Fantastic experience at The Tea Room in the Windsor Arms Hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff and delicious food. Couldn't finish it all but The Tea Room provided us with elegant take-away boxes which was a lovely way to carry the luxury/experience home with us. Wonderful place to spend or host a birthday as we did. Highly recommend.

Wonderful afternoon tea for a group of 6. Liked having the glass samples to smell and help select a tea. Stag were very knowledgeable and attentive. Food was excellent with good variety. Didn’t feel rushed at all and it was nice and quiet on the weekend so nice for conversation. Would definitely return. Was a nice touch to get a sample of the St Regis midnight blossom tea and Tom Ford sample fragrance at the end.

As usual, afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge was amazing. The food was tasty and the service is always top notch (you feel cared for and important). The piano music is beautiful but maybe because of the way the lobby is designed it can sound kind of loud and you have to speak louder to have conversations.

Food was fresh and delicious, I found it to be great value for your money. entertainment was excellent
