Inspired by the literal “captain’s quarters” of 17th century ships, guests will be transported to a luxurious and moody adventure on the high seas. Captain’s Quarters will feature a star cocktail list devoted to various explorations in gin cocktails. For non gin lovers, Beverage Director, Eric Johnson has put his innovative twist on various cocktails concocted with Rum, Mezcal, Bourbon, Tequila and Vodka as well as a small beer and wine selection. In addition to fine spirits, SDCM Executive Chef, Brian Redzikowski has put together an adventurous yet approachable menu which will range from elevated tidbits such as Manchego-Prosciutto “Sandwiches”, Burrata Donuts & Papa's Braves to more substantial fare including Captains Quarters own Double Double. We love going to speakeasys and this one was a great find. It was a little bit loud for our taste but still a great experience. Victoria, our server, was fantastic! She was super energetic and very knowledgeable on the drink selections!

It was a gorgeous setting and wonderful place for a nice birthday celebration. All was great at the restaurant but they did not have my open table reservation. I showed them my confirmation and calendar but some how the restaurant never got it.

What an amazing way to enjoy Halloween with the family! Perfect beautiful setting! We had a blast. The only thing that was a bummer is the food and drink orders took over an hour, so I wouldn’t recommend coming hungry.

This is a lovely tasting menu experience….each plate contained something beautiful and delicious, with some unusual pairings. Nice selection of wines, including some lesser known Italian choices, all meant to complement the menu. Attentive service. A meal meant to be enjoyed bite by bite.
