We enjoyed the 2025 Valentine's menu. It came with an app, main, and desert for just $36 bucks which is kinda wild and affordable in my opinion. The ambience is stunning, just a really cozy, dim, romantic feel. Not too noisy, and despite being a full restaurant on one of the busiest days of the year, it felt surprisingly intimate with the use of cloth curtains partitioning the space into smaller sections. The appetizers were fantastic, I had the shrimp gumbo and my girlfriend had the wedge salad. For the main course I had the crab linguine Alfredo which was incredible and had an absurd amount of crab (in a very good way). My girlfriend had the pork and it was so tender, served right on the shank for an impressive display and large portion. Dessert was the only bummer. They were out of tiramisu so our options were a beer float or a s'mores brownie. I loved my float, but the brownie was dry, hard, and I make better ones out of a box. Overall, incredible meal though, super affordable and with some cocktails and beers it was still well below our Vday date budget. Finally need to note that our server was a joy! She was super informative about the menu, very personable and fun. Attentive, really just all the things you want from your service. We will be back for sure!

Valentines' day was our first time at Liberty Tavern-Polaris. Our Server was top shelf, this is the server everyone wants on Valentines Day. Food was top shelf, they had a special three course meal that was outstanding, "hats off to the Chef for coming up with excellent choices, the desert was to die for. No issues to report. The noise level was a bit more than we expected, however it was not a deal breaker at all. We will be back.

We had such a nice waitress which really made our Valentine’s Day dinner enjoyable. Great chocolate covered strawberry martini and delicious hush puppies!! It was nice that the outside fire pit was lit creating a warm feeling inside on a cold night.

Dined on Valentine’s Day and service was prompt and friendly. The cheese curd app was so very yummy! Also had wings-crispy and a good size and avocado boats-great for a healthy option. Love the atmosphere- will be back.

First time there for Valentine’s Day. Really enjoyed our meal. Excellent food and service despite the fact that it was very busy because it was Valentine’s Day. Gallo‘s kitchen and bar serves high-quality food in a casual atmosphere. Staff is extremely friendly. It has an unusual mixture of continental Italian and New Orleans food. We had the gumbo for a starter, which was excellent as was the rest of the meal, steak for myself and lamb chops for my wife. Excellent experience. Highly recommended we intend to go back.
